Leather heavy duty wrist restraints, this restraint comprises of 3 layers. 1st layer is made of grainy leather and acts as a lining to give a smooth finish against the skin. 2nd layer is made from heavy duty belting leather to give weight and support to your wrist. 3rd layer is the strap which is backed and riveted on with heavy duty rivets.
